Terms & Conditions

To book a dress, please send us a message via Instagram DM. Availability is not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed by Desirely Hire.

 

We do not place holds on garments, and dresses remain available to other customers until confirmation is received.

All hires are final and refunds are not available. Please ensure you are happy with your selected garment, size and hire dates before confirming your booking.

Payment details will be provided once your booking has been confirmed. Unless otherwise arranged, the full hire amount must be paid prior to collection or postage

Please do not attempt to wash, dry clean or alter garments yourself. Professional cleaning is included in your hire fee.

 

Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive staining or damage.

Postage is available Australia-wide for an additional $30, which includes Express Post shipping to you and a prepaid Express Post return satchel.

Garments are typically posted at the beginning of the week of your event, usually 4–5 days prior, to allow sufficient time for delivery.

Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, Desirely Hire is not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit. Due to the nature of postal services, refunds will not be provided for delays caused by Australia Post.

If a garment arrives and is unsuitable due to sizing or fit, customers may be eligible for a store credit valid for 12 months. To be eligible, the garment must be returned within 24 hours of delivery using the provided return satchel and lodged over the counter at an Australia Post outlet. Return postage costs are non-refundable.

The standard hire period will be communicated at the time of booking. Garments must be returned by the agreed return date.

 

Late returns incur a fee of $15 per day unless alternative arrangements have been approved prior to collection.

Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs during the hire period, including stains, tears, burns, missing items or alterations. Any existing damage must be reported before wearing the garment. Repair costs may apply for repairable damage.

 

If a garment is deemed irreparable, the customer may be required to pay up to the full retail value (RRP) of the item.

By hiring from Desirely Hire, you agree to all Terms & Conditions. Desirely Hire reserves the right to refuse service and update policies at any time.

 

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in further action where necessary.
